(1) If there is sufficient cause and reason to suspect that any vehicle has been used or is about to be used to commit an act contrary to this Act or that any foreign exchange has been concealed therein in contravention of this Act. Such vehicles can be stopped at any time or place by the order of the investigating officer.
(2) Any part of the vehicle stopped under sub-section (1) and the goods contained therein may be searched or searched, and if any foreign exchange or any document related to it contrary to this Act is found during such search, it may be seized.
